Model of delivery
Dr conference offers one day pop-up conferences within the northwest region. Dr conference designs and markets a conference theme. University academics and students are then invited to submit a thirty-minute presentation of their thesis, after responding to a call for papers. It serves to both inform the research community about an upcoming event and to solicit contributions that will contribute to the event's content. The papers received will be vetted by Dr conference, in accordance with professional protocols. The Hall is booked. One hour set up of conference. The conference begins, and ends with a one hour clear up .
Our conference timescales are 7-8 hours over a period of one day. Five to six events a year.

Managing and leading. Overseeing the event's smooth running on the day and addressing any issues.
Post-Event Analysis:
Providing reports and analytics to measure the event's success against its objectives.
